My Child Has Additional Needs – Are Gymtastic Classes Suitable for Him / Her?

Gymtastic courses are all inclusive. In determining if Gymtastic is suitable for your child, please ask yourself whether he or she is comfortable in group settings, capable of being away from the parent or guardian, and capable of taking instruction from teachers in a sometimes loud and busy, yet fun environment. Duration - How long is each term?

A typical Gymtastic course lasts for 10 fun weeks. There will be breaks for holidays like Christmas, Easter, mid-term, etc.

Payment - Can I pay weekly?

Gymtastic courses are payable per 10-week term. Payment must be made in full prior to a term starting.

Price - How much does a course cost?

A 10-week course starts at €95. Prices can vary depending on the town you choose or the type of course you want to book.

Attendance - Can I get a refund if I miss a class?

Credits, refunds or payment transfers are not available for missed classes or where you or your child stop coming to the programme. We regret that we cannot issue refunds or credits once a course has commenced. This is because all the costs – venue hire, teacher time, insurance, administration, etc. – must be met regardless of attendance.

Spectators – Are they allowed?

With the exception of the participating parent/guardian in our Parent & Toddler groups, we ask that parents/guardians drop their children and leave them to enjoy the fun with our teachers.

Photography – This is important!

We are afraid that you are NOT allowed to take pictures during the Gymtastic programme. This is due to Child Protection Policy. Please respect the privacy of others.

Clothing – What does my child need to bring and wear?

Your child just needs to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some water to drink.

Attendance - Can I get a refund if I miss a class?

Credits, refunds or payment transfers are not available for missed classes or where you or your child stop coming to the programme. We regret that we cannot issue refunds or credits once a course has commenced. Once a space on a course is booked, we regret we cannot issue refunds within 7 days of the course starting. Any refunds processed more than 7 days before the course is due to start will incur a €13.50 administration fee.
